Join the Trefoil Ranch community near Provo for the summer season! Our seasonal summer staff are adventurous, innovative, and creative individuals who have a passion for creating a space for campers and adults to be their authentic selves, trying new activities and making life-long friendships and connections.

Oversee the administrative tasks of camp by answering the phones, sorting camp mail and packages, assisting with the camp store, managing social media, and purchasing program supplies. This is a live-on-site position for the duration of the scheduled work-week. Staff may stay on site over the weekends. Reasonable accommodations may be made for the ideal candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete weekly and end-of-season reports,
  • Work with the Camp Director to maintain all financial records and run the camp store as scheduled.
  • Support and facilitate weekly check in and check out processes.
  • Work with the leadership team to assemble weekly camper documentation.
  • Assist with transportation of campers and staff to health clinics, off site programming and more.
  • Manage the collection and distribution of mail in camp.
  • Manage the social media page related to the camps programs - take photos of camp groups, screen the photos and prepare them for media upload.
  • Assist with housekeeping, maintenance and program facilitation as directed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Must be a certified driver on councils' behalf (clear MVR background, be at least 21 years of age and provide proof of auto insurance and motor vehicle licensing).
  • Overnight camp experience preferred.
  • Previous clerical and basic photography experience preferred.
  • Hold or willing to obtain current Red Cross First Aid & CPR certifications or the equivalent.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a current Utah Food Handler’s Permit.
