Business Development Representative - National Accounts (Military Brands)
Job description
The ideal Business Development Representative:
- Drives thoughtful, high volume outbound sales activities
- Uses creatively crafted email sequences, outbound calls, social media messages
- Identifies & targets key decision makers
- Has experience with prospecting & engaging senior level leadership at marketing agencies
Responsibilities
- Identify appropriate prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, and make introductions between engaged leads and National Accounts Account Executives and Sales Manager
- Possess in-depth National Accounts product knowledge and be able to conduct light-weight presentations and relay objection handling
- Research and evaluate businesses to identify decision-makers and understand client needs
- Prepare professional, concise and accurate sales collateral as needed for prospects
- Interact and engage with cross-functionally internal teams with close collaboration with Director of National Accounts
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools to ensure standard processes during all sales stages
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an outbound prospecting, sales and/or business development role
- Experience working in a CRM (Experience with Salesforce and/or Outreach.io is a plus!)
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, telephone skills
- Positive attitude
- Grit!

- Location: Nashville, TN, Hybrid schedule, Monday & Friday WFH, Tuesday-Thursday in the office
- Salary + Commission OTE $80,000
