Business Development Representatives need to be competitive, results driven, and entrepreneurial. In this role you will be generating qualified sales opportunities and setting demos for Account Executives. You will manage your own pipeline of leads and will be measured on number of demos set, opportunities created, and deals closed. You will be connecting our industry-disrupting program with equipment vendors who provide equipment to business owners. No previous sales experience needed for this role, you just need to be comfortable on the phone!

Compensation: $40,000 + UNCAPPED bonus potential
FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt
Modality: In Office - West Valley City, UT
Schedule: M-F with start times to choose from between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

What you'll be doing:

  • Research, and prospect potential partners via cold calls, email, & social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives.
  • Consistent follow-up and pipeline management via phone, email, various chat features
  • Effectively communicates the company's value proposition to potential partners
  • Diligently use CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data and keep comprehensive and accurate notes
  • Responsible for qualifying leads and engaging with prospective partners
  • Produce creative strategies for targeting decision makers at prospect accounts to set demos and influence company revenue

  • Experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales.
  • Technologically savvy and experienced with CRM software.
  • Retail or wholesale industry experience
