Alfred Williams & Company is looking for a Business Development Professional to develop and foster business through a pro-active direct sales approach. This position is expected to develop and identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts/segments for the company. The Business Development Role will:

• Identify opportunities through a pro-active direct sales approach
• Assist in delivering presentations to prospective and existing clients
• Develop successful relationships with clients and community leaders
• Be detail oriented, well organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Assist in preparation of customer proposals and presentations
• Work effectively in a project team environment
• Exceed client expectations and add value to the strategic and creative process

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Must possess excellent written, verbal, and public speaking/presentation skills.
