Role Type: Full time. Open to hybrid or remote candidates within the United States.

Summary:

The primary responsibilities of this position are to help solicit and support the recruitment of new representatives. Additional responsibilities include working on department projects, maintaining sales information, and resolving problems. This person will assist recruiters in managing and accelerating the sales process. Responsibilities will also include working with the HOV concierge and cross-departmental SME’s to execute the new HOV experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a five-star experience to prospective financial advisors by guiding them through the recruiting and onboarding process, proactively communicating, and resolving issues quickly
  • Work in seamless partnership with branch offices to support the recruiting and onboarding of new producing financial advisors and overall branch growth
  • Work in close partnership with external recruiters to efficiently and effectively close new business
    • Partner with the Lead Generation team to help recruiters follow up with Sales Qualified Leads
  • Organize meetings for the external recruiters
  • Collect and review financial documents from prospective FPs and engage Finance to validate numbers.

  • Engage product teams to conduct product mapping and the product consultation
    • Oversee the deal creation and approval process by working with the Finance and Recruiting teams.
  • Orchestrate the due diligence process with Compliance and Supervision teams
  • Lead the contract review process with the Legal teams
  • Help the external recruiters prepare for the ARC meetings
  • Schedule Tech Demos and other product SME meetings as necessary
  • Work with HOV concierge to prepare the pre and post HOV materials
  • Utilizing Salesforce and Seismic, develop the final offer letter/proposal
  • Prepare the press releases and social media for new joins
  • Update Salesforce continuously
  • Become an expert of the digital onboarding platform and other digital tools.
    • Work across Licensing & Registration, Compliance, Supervision, Commissions, Transitions, Recruiting and other internal departments to develop more consistent and efficient processes and procedures.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in business development/sales or sales support position.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Financial services experience
  • FINRA licenses
