Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation.

Develops and executes systems testing.

Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups.

This person will be responsible for the advancement of products within testing ecosystem that include internal and partner facing capabilities as part of the product strategy.

This person will play a key role in partner interactions and engagements, internal leadership meetings as well and project execution meetings Additional responsibilities include, taking a leadership role in Initiative and Epic ownership, agile ceremonies from a product perspective and backlog ownership.

They will lead testing, on-going Agile project review and team training to ensure positive customer experience and outcome.

They need to have an understanding of API strategy and development, the ability to developthorough acceptance criteria and automated tests, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Other Planning Responsibilities:

• Roadmap management and development

• Discuss and Plan testing strategy with external testing teams or vendors, monitor and ensure testing is executed as planned

• Ensure test Environment readiness for upcoming testing

• Identify external testing dependencies, create short term and long term plan to make testing team more autonomous

• Identify functional and technical skill set gaps in the team, arrange training sessions and encourage team to expand functional and technical knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Overall 7 years of work experience with Quality Assurance experience, knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology

• Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Junit), as well as databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2. Smartspec, Blazemeter and LISA

• Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)

• Experience with Java and JavaScript

• Product management and or product development skillset

• Experience establishing a test automation framework

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour
