Snider-Blake Personnel seeks a Business Analyst to work with leadership to improve business process, and financial reporting. This is a full time, internal position working in our corporate office located in Independence, Ohio. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze workflows and processes and create solutions to improve them.
• Research and prototype new software tools and technologies.
• Implement process improvements including software integrations and systems implementation.
• Assist in developing and improving financial reporting.
• Plan and execute efficient repeatable procedures for financial reporting.
• Prepare financial analysis of operations.
• Promote a proactive and positive attitude toward continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years experience with SQL or other Query/Reporting languages.
• Experience with reporting, processing, and analyzing sales/financial data.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Access skills.
• The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
• Ability to learn new systems, implement solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Resourceful, utilizes tools and resources to enhance system knowledge.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: $75,000 to $80,000 per year
