Job Description
- 8-10 years of strong experience working as a Business Analyst/Product Owner on Agile projects with a deep understanding of business processes, Requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to study and document the current state business processes, identify pain areas and propose solutions.
- Should be able to lead requirements elicitation workshops / discussion / conference calls.
- To be able to work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions
- To document Business Requirements, Functional Specifications and Wireframes
- To identify and document Epics and User Stories in JIRA
- To guide the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Must have expertise in JIRA / ADO used mostly in Agile development
- Should have Visual Modeling skills, Management skills, Strong Communication skills and must be a Team Player
- Experience in working with Offshore teams a MUST.
