ValueTrak Overview:
ValueTrak is a leading SaaS analytic platforms developed by IQVIA. The platform is utilized by pharmaceutical companies and their distributors to efficiently monitor their supply chain, inventory, and sales data. Naturally, the analytics provided within the platform help ensure healthcare products are getting to patients quickly and safely.
Role Overview:
This Business Analyst will have the opportunity to partner with a premier client and supporting teams, ensuring the platform is supported and all work being done is clearly documented. This breaks down to ensuring project updates are documented, application issues and bugs are tracked and receive white glove assistance, and coordinating UAT/Production releases.
Essential Functions
- Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
- Analyze business and user needs, resulting in the documentation of requirements, and translate those into proper system requirement specifications.
- Understand internal processes and document appropriate Standard Operation Procedures and training materials as needed.
- Communicate and Log bugs/support tickets to development teams
- Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Review data flows to ensure data aligns appropriately for various databases
- Manage project schedules, tracking and assigning deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- One (1) year of experience in of experience in some sort of administrative type role preferred
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to enable execution of those skills.
- Knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems is a plus
- Previous experience utilizing the following technology:
- Smartsheet, Tableau, SQL, Excel
