Business Account Manager (Gordon, GA)
ZCorum is adding to our Account Management Staff and is currently seeking dynamic and innovative candidates to join our team as a Business Account Manager in our office in Gordon, GA. The Business Account Manager is a key position in our company. In this position you will manage a select group of our Customer’s day-to -day needs and requirements, as well, as fill a project management roll. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in the following areas:

The position of Business Account Manager will entail the following:
- Working with and managing customers within multi-tiered organizations. Coordinate with other departments, including Engineering and Support Services to ensure the satisfaction of the customer.
- Coordination of projects across various departments and disciplines, both internal and external.
- Facilitate communication between various internal departments. Become a first level contact for all day-to-day issues and opportunities. Liaison between customers and other departments.
- Become knowledgeable of ZCorum’s products, services and support resources. Be proficient in the training of customers on ZCorum’s various proprietary software platforms, tools, and services. Perform webinars in a live environment which include overviews of our systems and tool to current customers to further increase the understanding and usage of the services they contract from ZCorum. Lead web-based demos and presentations for prospective new services and technologies delivered by ZCorum. Work with content experts as needed.
- Working with various departments to implement new contracted services for customers.
- Administration and maintenance of multiple databases.
- Proactively reach out to customers to nurture a growing relationship based upon trust and providing value to the customer. Specifically foster, develop and grow relationships with customers at all levels within the organization, from day-to-day operations to executives, influencers, and decision-makers. Understand and report on issues that may affect the relationship with the ZCorum and our customers.
- Track and report daily activity with customer analyses.
- Be continuously engaged in learning about new developments and trends in the broadband industry.
- Lead product satisfaction discussions with customers to further determine needs and areas of improvement.
The Business Account Manager’s compensation package includes a base salary. The base salary for this position is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The candidates should include base salary requirements along with a resume when applying for this position. All employees are offered a full benefits package, matching 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays. Our office is located at 120 Milledgeville Hwy, Gordon Georgia, away from all the big-city traffic, approximately 30 minutes from Macon, Gray, Milledgeville and Dublin.
