To promote and deliver petroleum products, oil and related services and equipment to the patrons of the cooperative in such a way that satisfies the needs of the patron and generates profitability for the cooperative.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pull a 1½ inch hose, full of product, up to a distance of 150 feet.
• Some lifting of 50 pounds or more.
• Must work outdoors for extended periods of time; sometimes in cold and inclement weather.
• Must work during times of limited lighting conditions.
• Must be available to respond to random drug and alcohol testing per company policy.

Responsibilities

Sales

• Your primary duties will center around delivery of commercial fuel, farm fuel and bulk oil.
• Work with your supervisor to determine the total petroleum product market available in the trade area.
• Work with your supervisor to determine a competitive pricing strategy.
• Keep informed of competitive prices and practices in the trade area and report them to your supervisor.
• Respond to reasonable calls after hours.

Record Keeping

• Invoice all product deliveries promptly and accurately.
• Submit daily load sheets showing sales by product, truck mileage, and pump meter readings.
• Submit daily Driver’s Vehicle Inspection Report.
• Perform daily, month-end, mid-year, and year-end inventories as directed.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
