Position Overview:

We are looking for accomplished, customer-orientated Boutique Managers for our locations in Mineola and Huntington Village on Long Island. We have a successful niche and are looking to drive growth with a talented leadership team.

• This is an exciting position for anyone who enjoys every aspect of the fashion business.
• We offer an entrepreneurial environment allowing you to exercise your full talents and capabilities.
• We have a roundtable approach to decision making. Our managers communicate directly with our buyers and distribution team.
• The right candidate will be able to recruit and motivate a successful team.
• Previous retail management experience, in women's clothing or the fashion industry is a plus.
• Applicant must be located on Long Island.

This position will include salary, weekly bonus pay, and benefits.
