Job description
Searching for a strong and ambitious Bookkeeping/Admin candidate with excellent oral and written communication skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to organize and complete their work with weekly deadline dates. A well-developed knowledge of accounting functions (bank recs, A/P, A/R, etc) and basic office equipment are essential. Experience with AppFolio property management software would be desirable.
Responsibilities:
- A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliations, Sales Tax Filing
- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Owner Financial Reports
- Tenant Security Deposit Reconciliation
- Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms to tenants and owners
- Carry out admin duties such as filing, copying, scanning, labeling, organizing, etc.
Job Details:
- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and is IN the office at our Chandler location.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn new skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Self-starter, problem solver, and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Two years or more of bookkeeping experience required
- Property management experience is desirable
