People are strivng to eat healthier and want convenient opitions to help them reach their goals. That's why we offer a varity of fresh opitions that can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs: from keto, to vegan, to everything in between. We use absolutly no high-fructose corn syrup, and many ingredients are gluten- free and dairy -free. Ultimately, the customer is looking for healthy choices, delivered through a service line, where they are empowered to choose what they want.

Mahana Fresh is looking for exceptional kitchen team members who want to be part of a fast-growing multi-concept business headquartered on the treasure coast.
Kitchen Team Members - BOH Line cooks:
- Follow Mahana Fresh recipes precisely
- Grill chicken and steak. Use specialized ovens for other menu items, i.e.- vegetables, cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potato, rice, etc.
- Utilize and practice proper knife skills and knowledge.
- Prep a varity of cut vegetables, sauces and marinades, meats, and dry goods.
- Stocking ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Maintaining clean and sanitized workstations
- Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness
- Taking daily measures to prevent food cross-contamination

Experience:
Restaurant experience: 3-5 year
