Seeking BCBA’s with the desire to work with a reputable ABA agency that prioritizes health and safety, while offering job security and an enriched clinical experience.

Must be a FL. Medicaid Provider who resides in Miami-Dade or Broward County.

Children's Behavior Therapy specializes in providing ABA services with a strong focus on early intervention and intensive applied behavior analysis treatment to proactively bridge developmental gaps and promote socially significant behaviors and quality of life. Our team of Behavior Analysts provide home and school-based, family-centered ABA services. CBT provides affordable, accessible treatment to children with special needs and their families.

BCBA's provide caregiver training, consultation, and delivery of services in-person. Caregivers and therapists receive in-person training and oversight as they implement programs and interventions.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or any related degree
  • Minimum 2 years of supervision experience (e.g., program design and modification, behavior management experience, parent training, staff training/management, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of ABA principles and strategies (e.g., Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Training- NET, Discrete Trial Training- DTT, etc.)
  • Experience with conducting assessments (i.e., Functional Behavior Assessments, Vineland, BASQ-3, etc.)
  • Experience with writing treatment plans (e.g., Initial report, treatment plan updates, etc.)

  • Ability to emphasize with families
  • Ability to work with people of varying cultures, backgrounds, experiences, etc.
  • Ability to provide positive and corrective feedback to staff and caregivers
  • Ability to explain purpose and progression of goals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with caregivers and other professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person and remote supervision and training for RBTs, as needed.
  • Conduct in-person initial assessments with precautions in place.
  • Collaborate effectively with Clinical Director
  • Collaborate effectively with other service providers
  • Write Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and reassessment plans
  • Conduct parent training sessions to address individualized parent goals
  • Create individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Analyze data and frequently modify intervention plans as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
