Position: Biohacking Trainer /Biohacker Technician
Reports To: Manager
Location: Santa Monica, CA and Beverly Hills, CA

Our Biohacker Technicians will…
Be an energetic team member who will help run a one-of-a-kind, high-tech establishment to help clients upgrade their lives. A BHT will consistently deliver world-class service and foster positive customer satisfaction and loyalty at Upgrade Labs. The right person will have knowledge of the Upgrade Labs’ approach to overall health and maximizing performance, as well as a passion for helping people realize their potential. You also have the ability to prioritize your time and work in a highly efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities of the position…
- Serve as the first point of contact and a warm welcome for all walk-in and regular Labs clientele
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
- Handle facility membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments, and maintain client base
- Manage register, merchandise, and membership transactions
- Guide customers with regards to the latest facility promotions, membership discounts, café promotions, and/or special events
- Schedule client appointments, communicate information regarding membership status and resolve membership issues or inquiries
- Educate clients about the ongoing benefits of using Upgrade Labs and Upgrade Bulletproof Café to biohack their way to optimal brain, body, and life performance
- Provide world-class tours to potential new clients, educating them on the principles of Upgrade Labs
- Safely run clients through biohacking technology
- Complete opening/closing procedures and daily tasks assigned by AGM
- Complete hourly facility checks to ensure the facility is clean, stocked, and presentational for all clients
- Assist with social media, community outreach, and events to spread the Upgrade Labs love!
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Work as a cohesive team with all Upgrade Labs team members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
- Maintain the distinct Upgrade Labs aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture
- Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications are…
- Able to work in Santa Monica, CA and Beverly Hills, CA
- Schedule: FULL-TIME POSITION. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS!
- Customer service experience
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Action-oriented: initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Intermediate computer skills – specifically with Club Ready (preferred)
- Health and fitness enthusiast and/or biohacking fan
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality – you can talk to anyone!
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including standing for up to 8 hours, occasionally sitting, walking, kneeling, and reaching, lifting, or moving up to 25 pounds
