• Monitoring and reconciling the Design and Construction Team’s submittal data related to BIM Reviewing VDC/BIM scope of work for contractual compliance

  • Provide scanning of current projects for QAQC review
  • Manage database of LIDAR scans

  • Review project schedules to identify milestones and provide feedback regarding BIM

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 4 or more years of experience BIM/VDC coordinator or relevant experience.
• Experience utilizing BIM for 4D and project coordination/clash detection.
• Experience working with Design and Construction teams
• Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local law.

Preferred Qualifications

• Requires well-rounded experience working with Design and Construction teams
• Experience working with Engineers, Architects and Contractors
• Experience working on projects from Design through Construction
• Working knowledge to perform modeling and coordination tasks within Revit/NavisWorks/AutoCAD/BIM360
• Experience with LiDAR and Photogrammetry
• Experience managing submittals and RFIs
• Experience AutoDesk Forge and Python
• Positive attitude and works well with teams

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $109,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
