Job Duties

• Service department billings
• Construction department billings

• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data

Requirements

• Associates in Accounting required
• Two years of staff accountant experience
• HVAC service industry knowledge is a plus
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus
• Good problem-solving and time management skills

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
