Sub-acute/ Long Term Care Facility- Full time (Regional Office) located at Our Lady’s Center, Pleasantville.
Previous experience in an Healthcare; Preferably in Sub-Acute Long Term Care Nursing Home.
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Math Skills
*Experienced in PCC, FISS, NJMMIS, Navinet and Excel, Word and Outlook A+, but will train
*Experienced Biller for LTC/Sub Acute Medicare Medicaid/MLTSS and Commercial Insurances
*Experience in AR/Collections, reviewing aging
*Record collection documentation in resident record as required for Multi-Facilities
* Insurance Verification obtaining authorizations
* Knowledge of all insurances
*Prepares administrative reports and general duties as directed
Candidate will Maintain excellent working relationship with piers and outside agencies.
Required education:
High school or equivalent
