This job provides rapid pay increases during the 1st year of employment for those who show the skill and ability to do the job properly. Our Billboard Installers are responsible for ensuring timely installations anywhere from 20 to 50 billboard advertisings per week. Allison Outdoor Installers perform several task through out the week. Not only do they install materials on the billboard, but also perform cutting and clearing of debris and tree limbs.

Other Duties

1) Traveling to the different billboards through out our market of North Carolina and Georgia.

2) Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure optimal operating conditions

3) Documenting all tasks performed at each installation.

Skills and Qualifications

1) The Ability to Climb ladders and working on cat walks when installing materials

2) Physical stamina when standing or kneeling for extended periods of time

3) Clear understanding of climbing techniques and other OSHA standards

4) Willingness to train and take instructions from job foreman and department heads

5) Problem solving skills when out in the field.
