Victura Professionals is Recruiting Spanish Bi-Lingual, Collections & Billing Customer Service Agents for a Client located in the Lawrenceville-Suwanee Area as follows:

*Hourly Pay rate=$19.00/hr-$20.00/hr

*Job Type: Direct Hire

*Must be Spanish -Bilingual-No Exceptions

*Job Location: Lawrenceville-Suwanee area

*Work Days: Monday's-Friday's

*Work Hours: 9am-6pm

Position is responsible to provide complete collections & customer service regarding billing problems by performing the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include:

Maintains records of written communication, adjustments, disputed information, etc. which relates to customer service.

· Collect on accounts that are 30, 60 and 90 days past due in our the West Region and Canada market

· Must follow a defined process of calls, collections and documentation

· Establish satisfactory repayment schedules on delinquent accounts

· Interface with store managers to handle any minor account disputes

· Microsoft Office proficiency a must.(Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Provides necessary information to appropriate Company Personnel

Minimum Requirements:

*No Felonies and only traffic related Misdemeanors

*Must pass a Drug test

*Must be Spanish B-Lingual-No Exceptions

*No Major Job Hopping

*No Major Gaps in employment
