T-Link is a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer looking for Sales Professionals to join a high paced organization.

Responsibilities:

• Learn metro by T-Mobile sales process
• Meet key sales targets and KPI's
• Be ready to greet Customers with enthusiasm.
• Approach customer situations with recommendations to sell latest Devices, Promos.
• Clean, Sanitize Store during downtime
• Market, Solicit, and participate in community events.
• Follow procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
• Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good at math and cash handling.
• Background check required.
• Ready to lean, work hard (flexible scheduling)

Schedule:

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus/Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $18.75 per hour
