We are looking to employ an HR Assistant with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills who is bilingual in Spanish. An HR Assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and computer skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role will support/orientate employees for our McDonald’s Restaurants, restaurant experience is preferred.This person must be empathetic and kind to all employees. The person in this role must be understanding and willing to listen to employees and their concerns.

We will not consider applicants who are not bilingual in Spanish.

To ensure success, HR Assistants should display a deep understanding of employee relationships. Candidates must be fantastic at public speaking, effective at scheduling and thorough in the recruitment process.

Hours: Full Time (40 hours)

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager and HR Director
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Assist with new hire training
  • Assist with HR projects.
  • Translate all documents/communication
  • Complete Customer Service Steps and Customer Recovery Calls
  • Support other assigned functions.

HR Assistant Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant(essential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Operates with integrity
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Ability to write in Spanish
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
