This Application Development Manager position is responsible for our client's integration landscape along with managing all of their Java, .Net, and their B2B/B2C-based applications. Our role is tasked with leading and overseeing development and delivery of multiple capabilities, with a focus on transforming its integration practices and modernizing all of their legacy applications to target a state architecture/technology stack,
ie...Microservices, APIs, Cloud, managed file transfer, and E-Commerce platforms, etc...
Additionally we'd like a candidate who has ideally managed an environment that they enhanced middleware and integration components that are focus on both internal applications and external business partners.
Relationship building and communication skills are also paramount for success since this is position works closely with members of the application development, enterprise architecture and infrastructure/security teams from plan to deployment of application integrations, ensuring system design, staffing support needs, and operational process flows are optimized to facilitate successful integration into the ITT system portfolios. This position manages 5 direct reports and has oversight of near-shore/off-shore consultants.
