Léon 1909 (instagram.com/leon1909shelterisland/) in Shelter Island, NY is seeking an experienced full-time Beverage Manager to join our team.

Léon 1909 is a countryside French & Italian restaurant located on beautiful Shelter Island.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality. You have the ability to take initiative and show leadership while at the same time being a great team player.

Position:

• Beverage Manager

Compensation:

• $73K salary
• Paid weekly
• Paid sick days

Other incentives:

Schedule requirements:

• 40 hours weekly
• 5 days a week
• 3:00pm t0 11:00pm shift

Language requirements:

• English

Experience:

• 2+ years of previous bar experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale casual restaurant
• Knowledge of current bar trends
• Staff training & motivation
• Scheduling
• Managing less than 5 people
