Benefits Administrative Associate
REMOTE!!!!!

(North Carolina Residents only!!!)
NO WEEKENDS!!!

$15.87 hr | Shift Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm During Training

***Successfull Completion of MANDATORY 6 weeks Training Class

*Actual Shift Hours: 8hours | **Assigned shift hours will be Determined upon completion of training

About the Benefits Administrative Associate Role:

Within this role, you will provide support in responding to inquires related to employees HSA and FSA benefits daily, through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will manage a steady volume of incoming calls as it pertains to assisting account holders with managing their HSA and FSA accounts accounts. As member of our a supportive team, your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our account holders and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

Requirements:

We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service and the determination to deliver comprehensive resolutions. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must live within the state of North Carolina, Metropolitan to Cary/Raleigh, NC
  • Well organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong data Entry skills
  • Able to quickly reasearch solutions to resolving issues
  • Experience with Computers and navigating through Application Software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Must be Team Player and work collaboratively within the working environment
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Background in health and welfare is a plus (not required)
  • Open to learning other disciplines as the business expands

Job duties and responsibilites:
  • Answer inbound inquires regarding FSA and HSA accounts
  • Work with account holders to ensure IRS regulation compliances.
  • Will maintain a strict confidentiality of claims and apply HIPPA Privacy and security regulations
  • Respond to the account holders inquiries and concerns of about benefits processes and resolve discrepancies and disputes.
  • Take approach to escalating calls to appropriate leadership
