As a Basketball Referee for Grades 3-6 Leagues, candidates are responsible for overseeing basketball games, making sure that athletes follow the rules of the game, ensuring that points are properly scored, issuing penalties when the rules are broken, and supervision of center rules and safety enforcement. Games will be played on Saturdays at the Neenah-Menasha YMCA.This position emphasizes experience in a setting as a basketball referee, or with the game of basketball in general. Sports Officials must possess and exhibit the core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in all aspects of their work with the YMCA.
