Mont Du Lac Resort in Superior, WI is looking for experienced bartenders/Servers to join our team. We are located at 3125 S Mont Du Lac Dr.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities

*Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages *Serving guests at tables including at the bar *Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks *Anticipate customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations *Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails *Plan and present bar menu *Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age *Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies *Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience *Comply with all food and beverage regulations *Clean bar area and glassware
Qualifications

*Working experience as a bartender and server (preferred) *Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks *Positive attitude and excellent communication skills *Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean *Relevant training certificate (can obtain before, during or after hiring process)

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation depends on your experience.
