Bar Marseille seeks Bartender for summer season

We are currently seeking a Bartender with New York City experience to join our team at an upscale casual French-inspired restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cocktails, strong wine knowledge, and an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

The starting pay rate is $10-$15 per hour plus tips based on experience. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages
  • Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with French wines is a plus

The seaside restaurant, which encompasses indoor dining and outdoor patio and a rooftop deck pays tribute to Provençal cuisine paired with a robust wine list that concentrates on the Provence appellation.
