Bartender (Full-time or Part-time)

What You’ll Do:

We are a Craft Cocktail Company focused on creating FUN and MEMORABLE experiences! As a Bartender, you will report to the General Manager. This will be a fun and fulfilling role with room for growth. Our ideal candidate has a deep passion and understanding for bartending, is an excellent problem solver, hard worker, organized, respectful and great at creating and maintaining positive relationships. Previous bartending experience required.

What that means specifically:

• Come to work prepared:

Taking care of yourself before taking care of others is key
Come to work rested, hydrated, fed, clean, and in proper uniform
Maintain knowledge of current menu and specials
Being drunk at work is not acceptable and is grounds for termination

• Set up bar for service:

Work with your team to set up mise en place
Prepare produce, ingredients, garnishes, and glassware
Restock items to designated par levels

• Responsibility over bank and sales during your shift:

Count and record opening cash drawer
Make sure that the Toast or Square POS is online
Balance drawer at the end of shift

• During Service:

You are the captain of the ship. It’s your show to take ownership and be proud of
Great guests timely and in a friendly manner
Make drinks properly and consistently
Work alongside your teammates to create efficient and effective service
Verify identification and age of customers
Mix classic and craft cocktails
Build Adult and Non-Alcoholic milkshakes
Process payments from guests
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Build rapport with customers to create a positive atmosphere and bring in regular guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar
Communicate with management and staff to ensure efficient service
Serve responsibly!

Who You Are:

• 2+ years experience working behind a craft cocktail bar
• Enthusiasm for craft cocktails is a strong bonus
• Driven, hard working individual that enjoys multifaceted projects
• Ability to interact with employees of all levels in a professional, engaging, and constructive manner
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based environment

Operating Hours: Monday - Sunday from 10am - 9pm (Flexible - full-time or part-time hours available)
