Hair Stylist/Barber Job Expectations:

• Provide an excellent client experience every time
• Training never stops. We want you to sharpen and refine your skills regularly by participating in our in-house training and occasional out of salon product and skill training
• Keep Florida license up to date
• Educate guest's on Jaxson Maximus’s hair products and additional services we offer
• Perform all Men's Hair Stylist Services on the Jaxson Maximus salon menu to the Jaxson Maximus standards
• Attend in-house events and various high profile networking events
• Develop long-term and great relationships with your customers to keep them coming back
• Possess exemplary customer service, follow-up, communication, and organizational skills
• Utilize our in-house CRM system to successfully manage your schedule and clients
• Preserve the cleanliness of your station and our salon
• Receive candid honest 5-star reviews through online feedback forums such as Yelp and Google
• Participate in a meaningful way in team meetings
• Be up to date on industries rules, regulations and cleaning standards
• Setting goals both personally and professionally is a must. We will meet with you regularly to develop these goals and help you achieve them
• Maintain a high level of client retention

Master Hair Stylist/Barber Requirements:

• Valid State of Florida Cosmetology and/or Barber License
• Minimum of 2 years’ salon/barber experience
• Strong knowledge of Men's Cutting
• Flexibility to be at Jaxson Maximus during the busiest hours of the salon including weekends
• Must speak fluent English. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
