Job Summary:

Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers also help help servers bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.

Barback Functions:

• Be a core team member in our high energy restaurant
• Ensure liquor rooms are organized and cleam
• Clean bar, refill bottles, and re-stock glassware
• Help with inventory
• Create and nurture a fun, positive work environment
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards
• Be Genuine and authentically yourself in how you engage with others – show your personality!
