Position Summary: Organize and implement service, set-up and break-down of banquet functions for up to 200 people. Job duties include scheduling, budgeting, billing and training of staff. Maintain required standards to achieve superior customer service and consistent product within budgeted guidelines.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for completing work efficiently in a timely, professional manner
• Superior knowledge of Food and Beverage policies and procedures
• Develop active knowledge of Food and Beverage products served in Hotel

Other Responsibilities:

• Able to promote an quality environment by adhering to standards
• Assess guest’s needs in a professional manner
• Attend and contribute to weekly Food and Beverage meeting
• Assist management and service personnel whenever necessary
