Bank Loan Closer
Responsibilities:
- familiarity with Par/Distressed bank loans, PIK notes, trade claims, warrants and private equities.
- manage third party vendor for LSTA/LMA par trade settlements
- discuss/negotiate closing matters with attorneys and counterparties
- review trade confirms and closing documents and arrange for execution – distressed and non-CLO/Par funds
- forward closing documents to third party vendor and internal operations team
- point person for KYC request from counterparties as well as assist operations with any withholding tax issues
- work with analysts and Accounting Department on corporate restructurings of our bank loan positions
- assist with trade booking and processing other bank loan entries in our systems
Requirements
- 2 + years experience with Bank Loan trade settlements
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong background in Excel
- User experience/knowledge of WSO/Markit, ClearPar, Geneva and/or Bloomberg is valued

Salary: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
