Our Production Assistant Manager will support the Production Manager in leading a team to delivery quality & efficiency while ensuring our people have a positive connection in an open and honest culture. Leading the team, you will focus on attention to detail to hand finish our incredible donuts. We have high standards and our products have to be right every time, and so quality checking is part of the job.
Ensuring the team are connected, driving efficiencies is a must. Our Production Assistant Manger understands the importance of compliance in terms of health& safety. The Assistant Manager must be able to effectively plan and organize, and have a right first-time approach.
