We are looking for Background Check Investigators for our Binghamton, NY office.

Background Check Investigators manage multiple background check requests on a daily basis. Investigators will use appropriate investigative techniques learned during training to collect, review, interpret, and analyze facts developed during the employment screening process. Investigators will verify previous employment history, reference and degree verification's.

Background Check Investigators will work in a team environment as part of a professional office setting.

Phone, computer and grammar skills are a must.

Quality candidates will be able to problem solve, multi-task, communicate professionally and deliver excellent customer service.

There is potential for growth opportunities, leadership positions and management.

There will be reviews at 30, 60, and 90 working days, with potential for more compensation at 90 working days.

Applicants who are offered a position will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen.

Compensation depends on education and work experience. Starting pay is $16 an hour. We also pay incentives for each background check completed. You could make at least $35 a week in incentives.
