We are looking to acquire a Titling Support Representative to provide customer support, customer training, and audit transactions for the all-new electronic titling process we’re rolling out for Colorado. As one of the first members of this team, you’ll be essential in helping us onboard dealerships, you’ll be a key player in the advancement of the product functionality, and you’ll communicate directly with the State of Colorado and individual counties to resolve titling and remittance issues.
We don't require someone that has past titling or auditing experience for this position, though those are a plus. Our ideal candidate has strong attention to detail (to complete audits), training experience with clients (to onboard clients), and customer service experience in supporting a product (to answer questions/provide support to clients).
Dealr, Inc. provides a 3-2 hybrid work model in which employees are given the opportunity to work from home for up to two days per week on Tuesdays and Fridays if they choose. Our office is located in Loveland, CO. The typical work schedule will be from 8:00 - 5:00 with additional hours and flexibility when necessary.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard and train dealerships on how titling works in Colorado and how to successfully submit titling and registration transactions to the state through our platforms.
- Audit the transactions submitted by dealerships, and help the dealerships remediate any issues that may occur.
- Conduct trainings for our clients, both in groups and individually, to ensure that they understand how to submit titling transactions completely and accurately.
- Provide customer support for our clients to help them resolve titling issues.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
