Responsibilities:

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• Discuss repairs with the shop supervisor or service advisor
• Provide labor estimates and communicate additional service requests to the Service Advisor
• Plan work in cooperation with the shop supervisor
• Monitor repair time and update Service Advisor
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation.
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees
• Attend Company and factory training and keep current with factory technical bulletins

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Although equivalent education/experience will be considered, 3-5 years of related automotive experience required
• Experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Valid Georgia Driver's License and good driving record
• Solid skills and a strong work ethic
