DTM Autowerks in Milford NH is looking for an experienced and high preforming Service Manager to lead daily operations. The Service Manager will be required to run an efficient and profitable operation while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. This individual is responsible for cultivating a positive work environment, serving a loyal clientele, maintaining excellent employee relations, managing expenses, as well as setting and maintaining sales and profit objectives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Hire, motivated and manage employees
- Ensure the team is providing the highest-level customer experience while developing lasting relationships
- Delegate and direct all employee tasks
- Manage vendors and inventory
- Establish promotional service pricing and strategy.
- Maintain clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Follow up with customer to obtain feedback
Requirements:
- Automotive managerial and sales experience
- A positive leader with strong communication, sales and customer service skills
- Proven track record of sales growth
- Experience with digital vehicle inspection and POS systems
