Sales Consultant Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting new, and returning clients, in the purchase of a new, or pre-owned vehicle. Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Learns, and implements Corwin’s Meet and Greet, Road To The Sale, and Follow Up processes. These will be utilized during every transaction.
• Communicates with Sales Managers during every transaction and ensures that a Sales Manager talks to every customer before they leave the dealership.
• Completes Manufacturer Training, as it relates to being certified, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Completes dealership provided phone training on a weekly basis.
• Assists in ensuring that the dealership, lot, and surrounding areas are clean, free of trash, and are organized to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicates with customers, in a straightforward, and honest manner before, during, and after the sale.
• Strives to receive a perfect survey from all New Vehicle Sales, and encourages every customer to leave a positive review on our Social Media platforms.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Sales Consultant Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to be a self-driven, highly motivated, and competitive team player with the desire to do the best they can, every day.
• Ability to learn necessary computer programs including the CRM program Vinsolutions.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, and at times, stressful environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance as well as a positive, friendly attitude.

Sales Consultant Education and Experience:

• At least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Year previous Automotive Sales experience is highly desired.

Sales Consultant Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions, from all seasons.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and Insurance as well as be able to pass a Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Driving Record Check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Experience:
