Job description

Tutor needs knowledge and experience with curriculum and development for young adults with autism.

Three positions open:

Music position- teach keyboarding and/or guitar at 17895 Cadena Dr. Boca Raton pay $30-45 an hour

Teach swimming- teach Swimming at 17895 Cadena Dr. Boca Raton $20-35 an hour

School shadow position- assisting a 20-year-old at a day school for autism at Boca Raton Achievement Center- 500 NE Spanish River Blvd #30, Boca Raton, Fl - Prompt him, monitor behaviors, assist with learning if needed. Report to parents and follow directions from school staff to build a positive rapport and communication flow so student is successful. $16-23 an hour - 5 to 6 hours until the end of May.

This postion could potentionally lead to a FT position in the family home scheduling an monitoring his activities once school finishes at the end of May.

Must be able to communicate effectively with student, parents, school personel and mark daily attendance on a tutoring calendar app.

Teach all subjects with the curriculum provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $45.00 per hour
