Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., a multi-office national law firm is seeking an attorney to join a dynamic litigation team in the Orlando office. This individual will have the opportunity to gain extensive trial experience and work directly with a Partner who is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and relationship partner to the world’s largest retailer.

Typical duties of this position include but are not limited to: attending site inspections, conducting investigations, deposing witnesses including medical providers, and motion practice.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the bar of the State of Florida
- Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product
