As an Associate Marketing Operations Manager for Baxter’s BioPharma Solutions (BPS) Marketing team, you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. Your Team

As an Integral member of the BioPharma Solutions (BPS) Marketing team facilitating growth of our Sterile Injectables Contract Manufacturing Services business for our manufacturing sites in Halle/Westfalen, Germany and Bloomington, IN, USA. What you will be doing

  • Produce and implement all client facing email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling.

  • Support various strategic marketing programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the client lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, and transactional emails.

  • Serve as business lead for Snowflake data warehouse project that will service our clients and our BPS client interfacing team members – this includes tasks such as: assist business analysts with the identification of source systems for business reports, identify and communicate project risks to appropriate stakeholders, manage consultant resources, participate in weekly checkpoint meetings with scrum master and project managers, ensure compliance with existing IT processes, and assist with post-sprint testing.

  • Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on standard methodologies and new innovative ideas for client email marketing tactics, including audits of how we can acquire, nurture, and retain these clients

  • Maintain client database of those who have opted to receive BPS correspondence related to marketing campaigns, symposiums, and other general information.

  • Build & execute client surveys along the customer journey including the annual Net Promoter Score survey. Directly interact with clients to respond to or clarify survey comments where appropriate.

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute CRM enhancement requests and process improvements

  • Promote process standardization, process automation, and adoption of best practices within BPS through communication, training, and enhancements to the CRM system

  • Support seamless connectivity and interoperability of full marketing technology stack, including data security maintenance.

  • Work with the marketing team to develop conversion assets (emails, content, and landing pages) to align with marketing funnel strategy.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using multiple tools by clearly reporting results, trends, problems, and opportunities – with focus on ROI.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • B2B and/or Healthcare experience

  • 2+ years of in-platform execution experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder and Engagement Studio)

  • Sophisticated knowledge of marketing automation systems, journey architecture, automation design, CRM systems, data feeds, and related standard methodologies and demonstrated ability to design, configure and map Pardot fields to Salesforce.

  • Strong familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Search, etc.)

  • Knowledge of email regulations, standard methodologies, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL).

  • Experience building an email marketing campaign from scratch.

  • Proficient in data analytics (leveraging multiple tools such as Google Analytics, Datorama, Salesforce, etc.) to determine meaningful data and be able to suggest improvements.

  • Working knowledge of AWS products and Snowflake

  • Experience working with EDH/EDW systems at large organizations with multiple systems in place

  • Intermediate understanding of foundational data architecture concepts and design

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $68,000 to $156,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
