Job description

Perform hardware fulfillment, including but not limited to imaging, delivery, and deployment of PCs, Laptops and related peripheral hardware. Implement data, software, or infrastructure solutions to deliver precise, reliable, and reproducible products in a timely manner, under the direction of a more senior leader. Should possess understanding of software development, data integration, and infrastructure environments, including one or more of servers, storage, network connectivity, and virtualization/cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Completely follow established technical protocols and assess results with supervision. Perform routine tasks competently. Effectively organize work.
  • Recognize and report data or technical variances.
  • Learn and effectively implement new methods and technologies.
  • Consult literature and publicly available information to understand purpose of assignments.
  • Produces and maintains required technical documentation associated with work product.
  • Inventory management of PC/Laptop and peripheral hardware.
  • Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree Preferred OR equivalent combination of 4 years of schooling and experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting desktop software and hardware compliance.
  • Knowledge of Incident management applications (Service Now, Remedy)
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting desktop software and hardware compliance.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent Customer support skills.
