Job description
The Associate Data Custodian is responsible for the data entry processing for new and existing entries of the supplier product, customer domains within the portfolio at the corporate level, as well as coordination between other systems.
- Data entry processing for the creation of the new products, suppliers, customers to complete requests submitted for data management set up ensuring that the laws of each state are followed.
- Conduct maintenance of corporate product attributes in coordination with all local markets as needed.
- Provide clerical and administrative support for department.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple interruptions but continue to offer attention to detail.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Search for and investigate information contained in the MDM system

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience. Preferred minimum of one year experience in the beverage industry.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of common office productivity technology (MS office suite, collaboration applications, etc)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - SharePoint & SharePoint Server preferred
