About us

The Growing Patch Childcare is a small child care in Weare, NH. We are professional and creative with caring for our children. Our goal is to provide a safe, caring and fun atmosphere for children to grow to excel in their educational experience.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join us in our mission to provide high-quality education for children between the ages of 21 months and 6 years old. The associate and/or Lead teacher is responsible for providing quality instruction, leading classroom discussions, planning or helping coworkers with lessons and analyzing student progress.

Child care teacher Responsibilities:

• Read printed materials to children.
• Work with young children in a childcare classroom setting.
• Ensure that children remain safe while in your care.
• Communicate with parents about their children's progress and about rules and expectations for the classroom with 2-3 times yearly assessments
• Maintain a daily log of activities and events from the classroom.
• Be present at all scheduled lessons and activities in childcare classroom
• Changing diapers/assisting toileting
• Supporting social/emotional skills
• Redirecting behaviors as needed
• Cleaning/organizing the child care classroom

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
