Alderlaw, PC represents seriously injured people in litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, business torts and employment law. AlderLaw is hiring an Associate Attorney (minimum 2 years) You will have the ability to actively try cases and learn high-end litigation skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies and defense counsel
• Litigate cases from the start of complaint through resolution
• Draft pleadings and motions; including summary judgment motions
• Propound and Respond to Discovery
• Prepare for, take, or defend depositions
• Court Appearances as needed
• Conduct Legal research
• Manage relations with clients
• Prepare for trial

Qualifications

• Admission to the State Bar of CA
• Minimum three years of PI experience
• Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Tech savvy

Pay: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
