The Assistant Site Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor with implementing a safe and fun program for assigned before and/or after school site. She/he is responsible for the site environment, communicating with parents and students, supervising students indoors and outdoors, and helping create a fun environment for school age children. The Assistant Site Supervisor must also demonstrate a commitment to our YMCA philosophy and core values – caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
