Assistant Supervisors in our
Rough Rice department. You must be a good problem-solver, have leadership experience and preferably, experience in the rice industry.

Duties:
- Assist Rough Rice Supervisors in maintaining daily operations at 20 locations
- Work with a team of Bin Operators and ensure work is being performed correctly and in a timely manner
- Set up machines, perform minor repairs as needed
- Travel to different work locations and inspect bins daily
- Maintain good communication with Scale personnel and Rough Rice team on bin status
- Generate reports, monitor production quality and quantity
- Work in a dusty environment while handling bulky and heavy materials while exposed to seasonal hot and cold temperatures
- Problem-solver; leader
- Able to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Technical degree or higher
- Prefer experience in a supervisory role as well as in the rice industry
