HiBlend Health Bar and Cafe is hiring a Store Manager. This position will assist the owners with progression to move up as we grow. This position includes overseeing store operations and assisting our amazing staff with making Açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, and food items such as wraps, sandwiches and salads. In addition you will learn all the inventory and ordering protocols, additional prep, cleaning routine, register handling and organization, staff management, scheduling and additional managerial duties.

The ideal candidate will be hard working, flexibility on schedule, willing to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Must have exceptional customer service skills and be a team player able to work with a variety of team members.

Minimum 1 year in the restaurant industry required. Ideal candidate will have management or supervisory experience of some kind.

• Hiring/conducting interviews
• Managing Staff breaks
• Creating schedules
• Placing produce orders
• Quality Control
• Lead by Example
• Maintain safe workplace
• Counting money accurately/Picking up change from the bank
• Maintaining Cleaning Standards
• Assist with trainees
• Enforce rules and regulations
• Conduct Disciplinary actions if necessary
• Understanding daily labor costs
• Process incoming orders
• Ensure daily tasks are completed to standard
• Maintain Equipment
• Pay Invoices
• Prepare weekly tips
• Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place

• Proven customer service experience
• Reliable
• Proven experience as a store manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
